BALEG OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA SOCIALIZE THE PROLEGNAS OF THE 2020-2024 BILL AND THE PROLEGNAS OF THE 2020 PRIORITY Bill IN UDAYANA UNIVERSITY
Jimbaran - Udayana University received a visit from the Legislative Body of the Republic of Indonesia DPR in the framework of "Socialization of Progressors for the 2020-2024 Bill and Prolegnas for the Priority Bill for 2020" to the Province of Bali, Monday (02/17/2020). The socialization was held in the Nation Room of the Jimbaran Campus Rectorate Building and was attended by the Governor of Bali, Members of the Bali Regional Leadership Coordination Forum, Chancellors and Leaders in Unud, Academics, Students, NGOs and Community Leaders.
Unud Rector Prof. A.A Raka Sudewi in his remarks expressed his appreciation to the Working Visit Team of the Legislative Body of the Republic of Indonesia House of Representatives who had collaborated with Udayana University as a place to carry out socialization. The Chancellor also invited all participants who attended through the opportunity to establish communication with Members of the Board who were present to express their aspirations for the legal formation process that has been set out in the 2020-2024 Draft Prolegnas and the 2020 Priority Draft Prolegnas and obtain information on the legal formation plan that will organize the fairies of people's lives. The Chancellor hopes that the bill will reflect the needs and aspirations of the community.
While the Governor of Bali Wayan Koster on the occasion explained the Bali Provincial Government program contained in Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali. Through this opportunity the Governor of Bali also entrusted to the Members of the Board who were present so that the Bill on the Province of Bali became one of the priority bills discussed in the National Legislation Program.
Head of the Indonesian Legislative Body Legislative Work Team Visit Drs. H. Ibnu Multazam expressed his appreciation to Udayana University for facilitating this meeting. Prolegnas socialization by the Legislative Body is intended to disseminate Prolegnas of the 2020-2024 Bill and Prolegnas of the 2020 Priority Bill to all components of society, and aim to make the public aware of the legal formation plan that will regulate the life of the community and in the process of forming the law, the community can provide input -input, so that in the end every bill that will be enacted into law always reflects the needs and aspirations of the people. The House of Representatives Legislative Assembly conducted socialization in six Provinces, and one of them was the Province of Bali which was implemented at Udayana University.
