Denpasar, 11 August 2020 The Doctor of Management Science Study Program conducted an Open Examination with students on behalf of I Ketut Sudarnaya with the dissertation title "The Effect of Leadrer Member Exchange on Employee Performance by Mediating Work Engagement and Teamwork at BUMDes in Buleleng Regency".

The Open Examination was chaired by the Dean of FEB Unud Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, SE., MT., Ph.D as the chairman of the session, and was attended by the Promoter Prof. Dr. I Wayan Gede Supartha, SE., SU, Kopromotor I Dr. I Gede Riana, SE., MM Kopromotor II Dr. I Made Artha Wibawa, SE., MM, Dr. Ida Bagus Ketut Surya, SE., MM, Dr. Made Surya Putra, SE., M.Si, Dr. Dra. I Gst A. Manuati Dewi, MA, Dr. I G.N. Jaya A. Widagda K, SE., MM and Academic Examiner Dr. Putu Gede Sukaatmadja, SE., MP, Dr. Putu Yudi Setiawan, ST., MM, Dr. I Putu Sudana, SE., MSAcc., Ak, Dr. Drs. I D.G. Dharma Suputra, M.Sc., Ak. Promonendus I Ketut Sudarnaya was declared to have graduated from doctoral education and was entitled to use a doctorate with the title "Very Satisfying".
