Open Session of Doctoral Study Program in Management Science FEB Unud
Denpasar, Friday, June 19, 2020, an Open Session for Doctoral Promotion of Management Science Doctoral Study Program was held Offline at BH Building. Room 3.4 Faculty of Economics and Business Udayana University on behalf of students Dominicus Djoko Budi Susilo, SE., MM with the title of dissertation "The Influence of Organizational Culture on Profitability with Corporate Governance and Bank Risk as a Mediator" which was held at 10:00 am to 12.00 pm.
This open session was chaired by the Dean of FEB Unud, Mr. Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, SE., MT., Ph.D and was attended by the Promoter Prof. Dr. Ni Luh Putu Wiagustini, SE., M.Sc, Kopromotor Dr. IB. Panji Sedana, SE., M.Sc and Dr. Luh Gede Sri Artini, SE., M.Sc, Disclaimer Prof. Dr. I Wayan Gede Supartha, SE., SU, Prof. Dr. I Gusti Bagus Wiksuana, SE., MS, Prof. Dr. IWayan Ramantha, SE., MM., Ak., CPA and Academic Invitation were attended by Dr. I Gusti Ayu Made Asri Dwija Putri, SE., M.Sc., CMA, Dr. Imade Surya Negara Sudirman, SE., Ak., MM, and Dr. Made Reina Candradewi, SE., M.Sc.
In this case, the research of Mr. Dominicus Djoko Budi Susilo, SE., MM cultural variable as a variable can increase profitability, in this case the culture taken is a culture based on local wisdom that is called the Catur Purusa Artha. Where the Purusa Artha Chess dimension in this study is "Dharma and Artha" how to increase assets owned, "Kama" how to advance its business, then "Moksa" is the ultimate goal of the institution. in this case Purusa Artha Chess has become a business strategy where Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksa are indicators of culture. this was stated by Prof. Dr. Ni Luh Putu Wiagustini, SE., M.Sc as a promoter in the meaning of the dissertation.
