SOCIALIZATION OF THE MASTER OF ECONOMICS STUDY PROGRAM FEB UNUD

On Friday, March 3, 2023, the Master of Economics Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University held a Study Program Socialization Activity at the Karangasem Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Office, with the agenda of introducing the Master of Economics Study Program to all Regional Apparatus in the work environment of the Karangasem Regency Regional government.

The socialization team consisted of the Coordinator of the Master of Economics Study Program, Dr. Putu Ayu Pramitha Purwanti, SE, M.Si, as well as Dr. I Gusti Wayan Murjana Yasa, S.E., M.Si, and Dr. Ni Nyoman Reni Suasih, S.IP., M.Si. This activity was attended by 39 representatives of Regional Apparatus in the work environment of the Regional Government of Karangasem Regency.

The Socialization event was opened by the Secretary of the Karangasem Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), I Wayan Merta Suyasa, S.Sos who also acted as the moderator of the event. In his remarks I Wayan Merta Suyasa, S.Sos said that this activity aims to introduce the Master of Economics Study Program to all regional apparatus within the Karangasem Regency Government.

 

In addition, the importance of a higher education level for all employees to improve competence in each field was also emphasized. Furthermore, the presentation of material regarding the Profile, Vision and Mission, Curriculum and learning process of the Master of Economics Study Program by Dr. Putu Ayu Pramitha Purwanti, S.E., M.Si. This material is expected to provide accurate information, especially the learning process so as to attract employees in the work environment of the Regional Government of Karangasem Regency to continue their postgraduate education in the Master of Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.

The event continued with a discussion session and closed with a Joint Photo event. This socialization activity is expected to be the first step in sustainable cooperation in the field of education, especially between the Master of Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University and the Regional Government of Karangasem Regency.
